How can i abandon my emotions? Topic: How to guide on finding a research topic

Question: I have been doing some research, and have found out that, of course, many people used to think like me. Why do we feel, why do we exist, how come we exist. Many resources said that there is no definite truth. No one can tell at all why we are here, why things are what there are. Humans just assume things and work their way out until this century, coming up with technology. Scientists can explain that objects are made up of particles, and particles are made up of atoms, and atoms are made up of what is called protons, electrons and neutrons. but where do they originally come from? No one will be able to know the truth. And through my experience i learned that our feelings originally came from the chemicals in our body which causes us to feel, it is not something special. People may say we were made this way, so just live life to its fullest, or people just assume that spirits exist when there are no actual proof. What could be proof anyway? This is why i dont want to feel, because i think we all should not have existed either.

We have proof that Islam is the truth due to Miraculous nature of the Qur'an, along with proofs from the remnants of knowledge in past nations and 'scriptures' that prove the truth of Submission to God - Islam - being the truth, and the Prophet Muhammad pbuh being true. But all this requires for you to seek knowledge, of the Qur'an, Islam. And of other knowledge in the world. And to have a fairly pure soul to be able to reason well and use your intellect and logic. This small site is a good beginning in all the above topics briefly : http://www.islam-guide.com/ Add : We do not accept - just as reality proves otherwise - that all this creation was in vain, for no purpose...or for a purpose that God did not reveal to us. God being the One who created and sustains everything. The proofs of the existance and Oneness of God are also many, and in the Qur'an as well - Like I said, if you seek knowledge, it will become clear. Knowledge is light. 3:190. Verily! In the creation of the heavens and the earth, and in the alternation of night and day, there are indeed signs for men of understanding. 3:191. Those who remember Allâh (always, and in prayers) standing, sitting, and lying down on their sides, and think deeply about the creation of the heavens and the earth, (saying): "Our Lord! You have not created (all) this without purpose, glory to You! (Exalted be You above all that they associate with You as partners). Give us salvation from the torment of the Fire.

The bank forecloses. It then owns the house. At some point it'll sell the house at some price. The bank, if it chooses, can come after the former owner for the difference between what was owed (let's say, in your example, $800,000) and what the lender recovered (let's say $300,000). So, they could come after you for $500,000. Alternatively, the lender might take the loss itself, in which case it would issue a 1099 to the borrower showing "income" of $500,000. That income is tax deductible, so the IRS could come after such homeowners for the tax on the $500,000...which in most cases would be around $130,000-$160,000. An alternative would be to attempt a short sale, specifying in the documents that the sale was without recourse--that is, the lender agrees not to come after the seller. Some lenders agree to this. Others don't. A side note: You comment that what you saw was "the first news clip where experts finally admitted that it was bad financial choices and investments by the borrowers as much as the lenders..." I'll admit I'm not an "expert." But I am a Realtor and real estate investor...I'm a real estate columnist for a local newspaper...and a frequent poster on a number of online services such as this one. And I've been saying for well over a year that the real fault lies with the borrowers. There's enough blame to spread to Realtors, lenders, appraisers, and others. But, ultimately, it was people who decided to pay far more than they could afford for properties who are responsible. And, while I'd like to take credit for being a "lone voice in the wilderness," there are plenty of others (investors and Realtors) who've been saying the same thing. It's ironic that Realtors tend to blame the media for spreading "bad news" about real estate when, in fact, it's taken so long for the media to wake up to the bad news, and the reasons behind it. Good question.

Well, the fact that the Bible had over 40 different "authors" over a couple thousand years and each one of them had exactly the same message without being able to see the other's work (different parts of earth, no connections to other pieces, different times) is also very hard to believe. But they did. The only explanation i can think of is someone was talking to them. No, you may not think we belong here, but so far what I've learned about in that Bible is that God wants us to be His companions, His company and His children. We have the purpose of loving the Creator, and maybe you don't believe that we have a Creator, but that's what i believe. So far, His Word is the only thing that makes sense to me. I've always viewed God not as "Does He Exist?" but rather "What is He Like? What is He similar to?" some people compare God to those little protons and stuff that have been floating around forever. They've always been there, just like the Bible says God has always been there. And if we weren't meant to feel anything, those chemicals wouldn't be there now would they? :) Im not sure how to completely answer your question but the only thing i can think of is to do more theological research. Some things in religion can attest to things we know about today. Hope this helps :)

Your emotions are all right with me and here are some response to your questions nevertheless, they are my opinion. 1. we feel because every human being has an inbuilt consent that enable him to differentiate between right and wrong which is one of the major difference between us and animals. 2. Our existence here on earth is just like somebody that goes to school. We learn to live with others and learn to respect our teachers and also learn to do the right and leave the wrong. Similarly, God created us in this world to see whether we will discover Him and obey His rules and regulations which tallied with our consent either directly or indirectly. Our reward will be best on what we do and how we do things while alive, healthy and insane 3. All of us came to exist through Adam and Eve. God has secure every generation of his creatures and a peculiar way of life except for human whom were given dominance over all other creatures so that we ca appreciate the wonders of our creator and be able to appreciate His Majesty, Supremacy, Mercy, Benevolence and so on. Surely there is truth though, because of our selfishness and our shortcomings by doing things the devils' way, many people have been fighting the truth in one way or the other, thereby turning the truth the other way round by fabricating it or replicating it in a delusive ways and manners so that the truth-seeker would have to suffer so much before discovering it or might end up in dilemma. All those technologies and answers that science can not provide are going back to the Creator (the Master and Chief architect or this our small earth and other planets contained in this world) Many of those trying to disproof the existence of God are trying to make other believe that everyone has the right to enjoy life to its fullest. Have you ever ask yourself why everything about man is limited (vision, hearing, life cycle, smell, taste and many others)? Spirits exists but they are much more similar to life after death. If you have an encounter with them, they will either kill you turn you mad or make you insane so that no one believe in what you may say. If you may need some materials regarding the subject let me know. All the best.

we are all the products of a singularity, and the energy and hydrogen that it produced. through evolution, emotions somehow ended up increasing our survivability, and so we have them. there's no combating nature, so you might as well embrace the fact that you exist, we all exist, and so do emotions. you don't need proof, you just need to go about your life and stop worrying about things infinitely larger than yourself and all of human kind.

If you don't want to feel an emotion, de sensitize your self to whatever creates the emotion.. if its fear.. do what makes you scared over and over again till its insignificant.. I dont know if emotions can be completely destroyed.. it would be a really boring life. go see a doctor or go to church please.. you sound slightly insane ( no offence). have a good life

Nell Originally Answered: Why did Britain abandon appeasement in 1939?
Because it didn't work. The decisive moment is not the invasion of Poland in September 1939 but the occupation of Prague in March of that year. This showed that Hitler would not abide by the terms of the Munich agreement, and that he wanted to extend his rule over non-Germans.
