well the first answer is a bit rude... But obviously you know where your depression is coming from. Is it the girl? , if not then what is it? Stress is caused by losing control of a situation, and after so much stress, then depression sets in. I dont know you are your strengths, so all i can tell you, is to find someone else to love. Thats how folks get over their ex or someone who they care about. If she has put you in the "friend zone" well, you have to move on. One thing i know for sure, is when she see you with another girl or if you even make up stories that you have interest in someone else, she will get jealous. No woman wants a guy who is single (well some of us do) but its more of a challenge to try to still the boy if he is in a relationship. You should test her. If she isnt th reason for your stress, well i cant help you if i dont know whats bugging you. But thinking positive and being optimistic, always help....good luck!

Attempting to reach out to the spirit realm is risky business no matter how you slice it and you should be prepared to deal with what ever shows up if and when you do. Ghosts and spirits do exist in some locations but when you go calling upon them , at times, this is like ringing the doorbell to the spirit realm and offering up an open invitation into your home and this is when some have come to deeply regret having done so. In addition, yes, your emotional state can come into play when being around some ghosts and spirits as they do tend to find it attractive when someone is either in a weakened state physically or emotionally. They also tend to feed off of those with heightened states of emotion and linger around them , keeping them in such states , very similar to the saying " misery loves company" . I'd steer clear to dealing with the ouija board or dabbling with doing a seance'. You will just be better off this way. Take care.

Yes, the act of summing the dead can create a negative environment, however if they contact us it doesn't seem to be a problem,(except for scaring the #[email protected]% out of most). It seems that unless you are a very informed and careful participant in using the Ouija board or conducting a seance you can inadvertently open doors to entities that lie, and can cause harm to humans. So you are wise to steer clear of these activities.

If you’re a teen, remember that the teen years are the absolute worst time of your life. I'm surprised any of us survive it. You are struggling with so much stress, pressures, changes... Your body and mind are trying to cope but ... it's hard, dealing with unpredictable hormones and roller coaster emotions. The brain is a very complicated and delicate thing. It can get messed up and be unable to produce any or enough serotonin. This is called a chemical imbalance which is easily treated, very common and nothing to be ashamed of. It can cause depression, anxiety, panic, obsession, self harm/self hatred, suicidal thoughts, eating disorders, sleeping problems, aggression/rage, anger, phobias, fears, helplessness, hopelessness, hypochondria, ADHD, paranoia, OCD, headaches, lack of interest in things, lack of motivation/ focus and much more. Ask a dr. for anti-depressants. Zoloft/Sertraline is a good one; most people thrive on it and it has no side effects. With antidepressants, you will be much better, happier, calmer, confident, relaxed and feel normal. What a difference it makes! According to nearly everyone who’s been to therapists, they don’t help much. They aren’t even allowed to prescribe appropriate meds to help you get better. Don’t stop taking the meds once you start to feel better. You need them, so stay on them. But meds can do only so much. God is the ONLY one who knows what you’re thinking, how you’ve struggled and what you’re going thru. He loves you passionately and wants to be your BFF. He has a super deluxe custom made plan for your life that’s beyond anything you ever dreamed of. BUT He waits for us to ask. Invite Him into your heart; ask Him to take over your life and your problems. You will feel so much better. You are His special masterpiece. He planned for you before He even created the universe. Watch Him ease the stress and give you peace in it's place. He is on YOUR side. He never stops thinking about you. His thoughts toward you are more than the grains of sand on the beach (Psalm 139). Find a big, HAPPY church, attend some groups and have fun. Talk with the pastor or youth pastor; he has more wisdom than you or I. And where else can you get counseling for free? Troubled people need PEACE. A good pastor can show you how to have perfect peace. God loves you more than you can possibly imagine!! :)

If you go to a psychiatrist, they'll prescribe mood stabilizers and sh*t like that, so just keep your head up and let it pass. Don't overanalyse things and keep your cool.
